I'd like to estimate a random effects model on a survey that has
measurements nested within students nested within schools (the PSUs),
with stratification and weights.

Running the model with weights is clear, but after looking at the
documentation and Rabe-Hesketh and Skrindal (2006), it's not clear to me
how to take the stratification into account. I *think* it's the cluster
option with the strata variable, but am not certain. Any advice or
resources would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve
