I am using ZINB command. For count model in this command we can get IRR
using irr option, but not for zero-inflated model of the command. Is there
any reason not to produce IRR for zero-inflated model? If not does anyone
know how to get IRR for the zero-inflated model too ?
The inflate part of -zinb- uses (by default) the logit link function ,
so incidence rate ratios do not make sense for the inflate part. You
could get odds ratios. You can get those by typing -est table , eform
b se- after you estimated your -zinb- model.
Hope this helps,
Maarten
