st: censored interval model

Dear all,

I would like to ask if the tobcm command works in Stata 10.1 or if I need Stata 11.0.
Does the tobcm command work with the intreg command (censored interval regression)?
I would also like to test for heteroscedasticity. Are there any tests available that run with intreg?
