Hello,
I have a survival data set, but the time of entry, exit and date of
birth are only provided in months and years. How do I stset my data?
I would like to use the origin option for date of birth.
I guess one solution would be to take the midpoint of each month (i.e.
15th day) to calculate the complete date (e.g. 15Jan2006). Are there
any other or better solutions?
