Thanks, Ben, for those tips.

In light of the marker info, just edit the line:

       "{title:Return code `rc'{marker `rc'}}" _n ///

to be:

       "{title:Return code `rc'{marker r`rc'}}" _n ///

and then one can:

-help returncodes, marker(r601)- which makes more sense, anyhow.

It appears, though, that the a-z, A-Z, or _ rule only applies from the
command line.
