We are excited to announce that the 2008 Fall North American Stata Users
Group meeting will be held November 13 and 14 at Handlery Union Square
Hotel, located in downtown San Francisco. This is the first announcement
and call for presentations.

Please submit an abstract by September 30, 2008 as described at the
above web site.
As in the tradition of the Stata User Group meetings, topics for the
meeting will come from many different research fields and disciplines.
It gives attendees a chance to meet researchers from other fields and
explore techniques used in other research fields, together with learning
how to do them in Stata.
We hope to see many of you there!
