I am calculating the risk of adenocarcinoma and carcinoid in a cohort
of Crohns patients. The dataset is split on age and yearperiod in 5
year intervals. I use
calender years as the analysetime unit (origin is year of birth, enter
at year of Crohns diagnosis, exit at year of death or cancer or
censor). I now want to calculate the risk as a function of duration of
Crohn's disease. I get problems because the followuptime is slit over
many records over age and year and I do not find an id() option in
strate. How can I do this calculation on this split dataset?
