Just to note that b. water and Scott Merryman are both correct.
b. water clearly indicated use of Stata 8.2. -levels- was added to Stata
during the lifetime of Stata 8, but in Stata 9 it was renamed -levelsof-.
Stata 9 and 10 users are recommended to use -levelsof-, as did Scott.
