st: ckvar update

Hello folks,

I've updated the -ckvar- package after hearing reports that it failed  
to work properly under MS Windows due to a Stata dialog box feature  
which had been implemented only for the Mac OS X. Thanks to help from  
Stata tech support, things now use dialog box features which are  
available on all platforms.

There have also been some fixes due to some broken help file links.
