st: Minor update to -moremata- on SSC

The -moremata- package has been updated on SSC. 

-moremata- provides various Mata functions such 
as quantile(), ecdf(), relrank(), colrunsum(), 
insheet() and outsheet(), ipolate() etc.

This is only a minor update. The changes are 
mostly code cosmetics. To install the update, 
type

 . ssc install moremata, replace
