st: Updates to -oaxaca-, -jmp-, and -invcdf- on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, the -oaxaca-, -jmp-, and -invcdf-
packages have been updated on SSC.

- Due to a precision problem, -invcdf- (and therefore also 
  -jmp-) did not produce stable results in some situations. 
  This is fixed. 

- Changes were made to the documentation of -oaxaca- and 
  -jmp-.

To install the updates, type

 . ssc install oaxaca, replace
 . ssc install jmp, replace
 . ssc install invcdf, replace
