I am writing a paper for the Stata Journal using the - sjlatex- files to
ensure the paper conforms to the SJ style.
On a particular page, I have a paragraph that ends mid-way through the page,
followed by a table that is sufficiently long that I have moved it the next
page using \clearpage.
However, I would like to get the line "(continued on next page)" inserted in
the blank space after the paragraph. I have tried \cnp but that doesn't take
effect. Is there something I am missing?
