Sorry, the illustration is not the 2009 Stata Manual, but in the Version 9 Stata Manual,
Vol 2, p. 406.

As requested in the FAQ , state where you got the -mvprobit- command in
sufficient detail that others can download it.
I see possibilities for getting marginal effects.
1. Do it by hand with the method of recycled predictions, which is
illustrated in
http://www.uphs.upenn.edu/dgimhsr/documents/1.ISPOR.costanalysiscomputerworkshop.052211.pdf
There's also an illustration in the 2009 Stata Base Reference manual
volume 2, p. 406.
2. Check to see if -mlogit- and -mvprobit- give similar predictions.
If so, use -margins- after-mlogit-.
