Hi Sarah,

Perhaps you would have received a response to your first inquiry had you followed the guidance in the FAQ.  Last time I checked (roughly 2 minutes ago), -dfl- was not an official Stata command, so there may not be as many people familiar with this _user written_ command as you may have hoped.
