I would like to do an IV-estimation with a ordered LHS-variable. I saw an old
post (17 aug 2009) where they recommended installing cmp. Is that still what
is recommended or is there a "better" package? Dos it include the tests I
get from the linear cases (ivreg and ivregress)?
Best,
Niklas
