st: update seqlogit available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum a new update of the seqlogit package is now
available from SSC. To install it type -ssc install seqlogit, replace-
or -adoupdate, update- when you have a previous version installed or
-ssc install seqlogit- otherwise.

-seqlogit- fits a sequential logit model, which is a model for
studying a sequence of transitions. For example education can be seen
as a sequence of transitions from one school type to the next. I
addition it implements a decompositions that relates the effects of
variables on these transitions to the effects of these variables on
the final outcome. To continue the example, one can think of family
socioeconomic status influencing the probability of finishing high
school and the probability of going to college given that one has
finished high school, and that these effects somehow(*) add up to the
effect on the highest achieved level of education.  Moreover it has
some tools to create a sensitivity analysis to study the potential
influence of unobserved variables (**).

This update now allows the factor variable notation to be used and
with that post-estimation commands like -margins-. It also adds a
-table- option in -seqlogitdecomp-, which will give a more detailed
look at the decomposition in a tabular form.
