Hello,
I'm trying to use gformula command in my stata. But if I use the
command: net ins gformula, stata returns: file
http://www.stata.com/gformula.pkg not found.
I cannot help gformula or search gformula neither, stata returns: no
entries found.
Can you tell my how to install gformula into my stata?
The related reference is: gformula: Estimating causal effects in the
presence of time-varying confounding or mediation using the
g-computation formula

Thanks very much for your consideration!
