I can imagine that -nlsur- would have to create less temporary
variables if you code linear combination like -{xb:var1 var2 var3}-
instead of -{xb_var1}*var1 + {xb_var2}*var2 + {xb_var3}*var3-. I don't
know if this statement is true, but I could imagine it is.
