David,
selmlog and svyselmlog are user written programs. If you have sample
weights, use -svyselmlog-. You must -svyset- your dataset how version
8 of Stata, to run.
version 8: svyset [pweight = weight_name], psu(psu_name) strata(strat_name)
The sintax you can see in the -h svyselmlog-
