Actually, I think that is referring to a different problem with -mlogtest-. The command can test a lot of things. In Miranda's case I think the problem stems from trying to do likelihood ratio tests when she is also using robust standard errors.
Also, since mlogtest is a post-estimation command, it is important to show the estimation command that preceded it. I'm assuming it included the -robust- or -vce(robust)- option or some other option that forces robust standard errors.
