Thanks Nick, my version dates back to 2005! So how shall I install the latest version because if I type ssc install ivreg2 Stata does not want to do so because I already have the old version... Thanks! Alice.

-ivreg2- is a user-written command.
Compare the results of
. which ivreg2, all
and
. ssc desc ivreg2
Unless you have updated since 20110828, you are out-of-date.

I am using ivreg2 but I am not sure I have the latest version. How can I find out which version I have and which is the latest version that I should upload?
