Dear all,
i'm using gompertz regression gamma frailty. . the result is :
betha (X1)= 1,94486 and hazard ratio is 6,99264
X1 is binary indicator of smoking status. event is death.
How to interpret it?
it means that cigarette smokers die at 6,99264 the rate of
comparable non-smoker and cigarette smokers will die 1,94486 days
sooner than non-smoker . is it correct?
thank you.
