Indeed the NBR by Hilbe is a great contribution to the area, and
unfortunately the NBP model is estimated using LIMDEP 9 which I have
not at the hands. So I wondered if one can estimate the NBP model
using Stata. I wanted how to model it using the available stata
commands for NBR.
Hope to have a solution.
