Dirk Enzmann ([email protected]) asked about the "output
settings" when printing from the Stata Viewer:

The "header" field prints at the top of the page to the left of the
date and page number.  There currently is no way to suppress the
date and page number; we will consider adding an option to suppress
these fields in a future update.
