Position Title
VP, Accountable Care Predictive Modeling (Austin)
Position Summary
We are seeking a strong individual to join a small, dedicated and
focused team currently being assembled to develop, define and test
(through direct implementation initiatives) innovative care and
economic models for patient-centered health home and next generation
ACOs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong healthcare-oriented
mathematical, predictive modeling background with leadership
experience in planning a variety of health plan solutions. The ideal
candidate must possess a deep and abiding commitment to creating and
implementing leading edge, decision support models based on knowledge
driven analyses that increase access to health care, improve outcomes
and will usher in a new era in health care delivery in the United
States. Through the use of data The ideal candidate must be service
and results oriented; have excellent written and verbal communication
skills; and be effective at documenting and communicating analysis
findings and conclusions while working in a fast-paced environment.
Incumbent must have consulting and advanced statistical analysis
experience, including trend forecasting and predictive modeling.
The incumbent must also demonstrate an unyielding willingness to apply
significant energy to developing leadership, networking and management
techniques in a local, state and national forum. This position could
evolve into a senior leadership position in the implementation of any
number of local and regional ACO initiatives. The position will report
directly to the CEO with significant interaction with key executives
in the largest health care systems serving Central Texas.
