You could have increased your readership by proper referencing. A Google brought up http://physther.org/content/76/4/359.full.pdf+html which is the text of a paper by Stratford [sic] and others. I didn't read it, but this is for others interested. -findit- with key words in Stata is a way to look for what's available.
