st: Minimal detectable change MDC, any easy way?

Dear list,
In a reproducibility study, I have calculated ICC and constructed
Bland-Altman plots for two observers measures of accompanying movement in
the lumbar spine when performing different other tasks. The values are
rather small (less than one centimetre).
I have been asked to calculate the minimal detectable change according to
the formula described by Strattford. Are anyone aware of a ado file, that
can do that or an easy way around that?
Best regards
