Miguel,
Why don't you look into "Social Network Analysis; Methods and Applications" by Stanley Wasserman and Katherine Faust. It's an excellent, 900-page compendium on SNA. Several final chapters include quite thorough description of diffrent SN models.
Best,

Dear stata list,
Does anyone knows about information (eg. Books, papers, etc) about social network modelling and its applications?
Best regards!
