Thanks to Kit Baum for making two programs available for download from SSC.
-calibrate- can be used to calculate calibration weights from selection weights. It calibrates survey datasets to external totals using methods such as those given in Deville and Särndal (Journal of the American Statistical Association, 1992).
-calibest- estimates proportions and means after survey data have been calibrated to population totals.
In Stata, you can use the -ssc- command to get them
Both have help files with examples.
