The do-file editor in Stata 11 for Mac OSX does not have code folding like the Windows version. There are some 3rd party text editors, like TextWrangler, that have text folding.
You can set a bookmark by clicking the line number and then use the up and down blue arrows in the toolbar to navigate across those bookmarks.
