It is hard for us users to answer such a question. This is
more a question for Stata Techsupport:

Having said that, one thing you could (and should) do before
contacting them is to make sure you have updated your Stata.
You can do that for free by typing in Stata -update all-. Just
to be on the safe side, I would than close down Stata and try
again.
