Using Stata 11.
Doing linear and logistic regression on GWAS datasets in Stata using -regress- and -logistic- and have an elementary problem:
When carrying out regression, the P values given are rounded to 3 places. I need to see values which could range from 1 to 1x10^-20 or so. How can I get Stata to give me these values in scientific notation?
