Dear All
I want to calculate marginal effects after imputation using -ice- command.
My commands are below:
webuse mheart1s20, clear
drop if _mi_m>0
drop _mi_id _mi_miss _mi_m
misstable sum attack smokes age bmi female hsgrad
ice bmi attack smokes age female hsgrad, seed(1285964) m(10)
saving(D:\heart, replace)
clear
use heart
mim, storebv:logit attack smokes age bmi female hsgrad
margins, dydx( smokes age bmi female hsgrad)
But after the -margins- it gives the original coefficient and not the
marginal effects.
Looking for your advice
Regards
Ajjee
