Looks diagnostic of a corrupted Stata or incomplete -update- to me. I'd try going back to -update query- and starting again. If that fails, I'd contact Stata technical support with details on your Stata license and computer set-up.

I am running a survival analysis and any time I ask for a graph, life tables or tabulate failure rates, I receive the following message:
buildPlotCommandValues.copyToString build_cmd_output: class type not found
Does someone know what it means?
