Roberto Gutierrez has written a command that will do what you want.  Type

findit genbinomial

at the command line in Stata and then click on the hyperlink to see more about
it.  Follow the links to download and install it.  Use it with the -xbeta()
link(log)- pair of options in order to do what you're asking for.
