When I tried the new Stselpre ado file, you send me, in combination with
the following command: "stselpre varlist, force", I got the same error
message again. However when I use "stcox varlist, robust", as described
in Stcascoh hlp file, to perform a cox-regression according to the
prentice method it seemed to work fine. It also seems to works for the
other weighting methods.
