Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of the -listtex- package (intended as the final version) is now downloadable from SSC. In Stata, use the -ssc- command to do this, or -adoupdate- if you already have an old version.
The -listtex- package is described as below on my website. The new version adds some -version- statements (previously missing) to the -listtex_vars- and -listtex_rstyle- modules. And the on-line help fixes a few typos, and now contains a recommendation for users of Stata 11 and above to use the -listtab- package, introduced yesterday as the Stata 11 replacement for -listtex-.
Best wishes

TITLE
listtex: List variables as rows of a TeX, HTML or word processor table
DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR(S)
listtex outputs a list of variables to the Stata log or to a file as TeX,
HTML or word processor table rows, which can then be inserted into a TeX,
HTML or word processor table by cutting and pasting and/or file linking
and/or embedding (eg using the TeX \input command). listtex produces the
table rows, but may also produce a set of header lines before the table
rows and/or footer lines after the table rows, containing preambles and/or
table definitions and/or table headers and/or table footers, as specified
by the user. Users of Stata versions 11 and above should probably use the
listtab package, also downloadable from SSC, instead of using listtex.
