Dear Statalisters,

I am estimating an endogenous switching regression model using the movestay
command and I need to estimate average treatment effect as E(y1?I=1)-
E(y2?I=1). However, the paper by Lokshin on which the movestay command is
based, estimates E(y1?I=1, x1)- E(y2?I=1, x2). I wonder whether there is a
difference between the two since the actual formulation differs w=from what
is in the formulation in original text by Madala.
