st: Stata 11 cursor stuck in results window

I notice that in Stata 11 (IC/Windows) that after running a do-file, the cursor remains in the results window and I have to use the mouse to get it back in the command window. Is there some setting that can be made to avoid this inconvenience? In Stata 10, one could press any key and the cursor would reset to the command window, but now, it appears that one has to use the mouse for this.
