if you are experiencing connection difficulties, you can download and
install individual files of this package from here:
http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=xtpmg&l=1
use any other computer that does not have troubles accessing that
page, then download the files to a USB, floppy or network disk, then
copy to the appropriate directories on your computer with Stata.
Appropriate directories are in C:\ADO\PLUS\x for files beginning with
letter X, and so on.
