Mike can download a portable installation file from USESPSS homepage here:
http://www.adeptanalytics.org/radyakin/stata/usespss/radyakin_usespss.htm
The installation can be launched in Windows only. It requires
Stata-32bit to be installed and properly associated with its files
(do-files).
