st: selection models for panel data; critical values for GED
Dear Stata Users,
1) Is it possible to estimate a sample selection model for panel data
with available stata commands? Is there a code or any source about
this issue? Thanks for any help.
2) How can I get the critical values of the Generalized Error
Distribution mentioned in arch? Or which other statistical software
has an option for this?
I need something like invttail .
