Sergiy Radyakin reported a bug where -graph export- of a PNG or TIF
file with -height()- or -width()- specified would cause Stata to
crash. This affects all versions of Stata 11 for Windows. We
recently received the same report and have already fixed the code.
This fix will be made available in the next executable update which
should be available in roughly two weeks.
