The problem with using that approach is that the individual graphs in
the graph matrix will be of different size-ie "australia" takes up
more room than "USA" and hence the graphs will be of different size. I
tried creating a blank graph and do 3 columns and giving the row name
in the blank graph, but then the graphs will look puny compared to all
the space allocated for the row title.
