Thanks to Kit Baum an update of -sampsi_sccs.ado- is now available from the
SSC. The program estimates sample size for self-controlled case series
studies. This is version 1.3.0 of the program.
type: ssc describe sampsi_sccs to check it out.
Tony Lachenbruch had alerted me to a problem with an earlier version of the
program, which is now fixed. Thanks to Tony for this and for helping test
the program. Thanks also to Paddy Farrington of the Open University UK (the
guru on this study design) for clarifying some aspects of the paper on which
my program is based and for suggestions for coding.
