st: Update to -texdoc- available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to -texdoc- is available from SSC.
-texdoc- provides tools to create a LaTeX document from within Stata.

The update fixes an issue that came up on Statalist yesterday, see

To install, type

 . ssc install texdoc, replace

or use the adoupdate command.
