st: Graph showing ORs (or RRs) and confidence intervals

Back in 2001 (Version 6) Nick Cox wrote a program called hplot with which one could display odds (or risk) ratios and confidence intervals. Has anybody updated hplot or written something similar  that they'd be willing to share?

Below is a sketch of what I'm looking for.
