Good Day!
I have a system of equations:
y1= y2 +x1+x2+x3
y2= y1+ x2+x3+x4
- all the Ys and Xs are binary.
My question is, what is the appropriate command to estimate the
system? My understanding is that, I should not use biprobit because y1
and y2 are mutually-determined.
Thanks a lot.
