Bob Hammond <[email protected]> reported a bug in using -binomialp()-
with arguments that are views.

To wit, binomailp(#, #, #) works.

So does binomailp() when its arguments are Mata variables.

binomialp() does not work when any of the arguments are views onto the Stata
dataset created by st_view().

Bob wrote, "claiming to have found a bug is always risky but here goes."
Creating a bug is even more embarrassing than reporting a bug that does not
exist.

We will fix the bug.

In the meantime, Bob should use st_data() rather than st_view().
