If you look at number of injuries divided by hours worked, any values
will be truncated by Poisson regression and be incorrect. If you use
regress, you may be OK, but the distribution is probably wrong.

How does the interpretation of using exposure() compare with the
outcome of dividing the number of predicted injuries by the number of
hours worked for each experience group?
My goal is to plot the results of rate on the y-axis and experience on
the x-axis with curves representing the various levels of age.
